Mitteilung: ,,tibe,, Phenolglykoside" 1)In friiheren Arbeiten haben wir gezeigt, da13 bei Salicylsiiureester-3-D-glucopyranosiden (I) mit zunehmender Lange der Kohlenstoffkette der Alkoholkomponente des Esteraglucons die Spaltbarkeit durch Mandelemulsin sinkt, wahrend bei den P-D-GlucopFanosiden der m-Hydroxybenzoesiiureestcr (11) und der p-Hydroxybenzoesaureester (111) die Lange der Kohlenstoffkette der Alkoholkomponente des Esteraglucons praktisch keinen EinfluB auf die Spaltbarkeit der Substrate ausubt2) 3). Wir hatten diese Erscheinungen bei den Salicylsaureesterglucosiden mit der sterischen Hmderung der Anlagerung des Permentes an das Substrat durch den zur Glucosidbindung o-standigen Substituenten zu erklaren versucht.
