While deep learning has achieved remarkable results for text classification, incremental learning for text classification is still a challenge. The main problem is that models suffer from catastrophic forgetting, which is they always forget knowledge learned before when labelled data comes sequentially and is trained in sequence. In this study, we propose methods of preventing catastrophic forgetting to handle unbalanced increased data. As an improvement over experience replay, our approaches improve the accuracy about 23.3% with 23% of all training data on Yahoo and 9.5% with 12% of all training data and on DBPedia.

La condition d'efficacité de la politique économique dans les synthèsesnéoclassiques : rigidité des prix ou asymétrie du rapport salarial ?Résumé : L'objet de cet article est de remettre en cause la thèse (très courante dans les manuels de macroéconomie et d'histoire de la pensée économique) selon laquelle la politique économique keynésienne n'est efficace qu'à compte du moment où l'on introduit une rigidité des prix et/ou des salaires dans les modèles de la synthèse néoclassique. Nous examinons les modèles de l'ancienne synthèse et de la nouvelle synthèse pour montrer que c'est plutôt l'asymétrie du rapport salarial qui constitue le fondement de l'efficacité des politiques économiques keynésiennes. Nous testons un modèle alternatif de la nouvelle synthèse pour montrer que l'hypothèse de ridigité des prix n'est pas nécessaire pour l'obtention d'un résultat d'efficacité de la politique de relance.

El objetivo de este artículo es comprender la tendencia dominante de la historia de la macroeconomía. Se trata entonces de identificar las dos vías que ha seguido la investigación de los fundamentos microeconómicos de la macroeconomía: de una parte la relación entre empleo, salario e inflación (vía señalada por Friedman) y, de otra parte, la existencia de rigideces o de una restricción monetaria (vía señalada por Clower). Palabras clave: Modelo IS-LM, Curva de Phillips, Restricción de Clower, equilibrios a precios fijos, rigideces nominales. Clasificación JEl: B20, E12, E13, E20, E30 Abstract: The aim of this article is to analyze the dominant tendency in the history of macroeconomics. It attempts to identify the two routes that research on the microeconomic foundations of macroeconomics has followed. On the one hand, the relation between employment, wages and inflation (the route indicated by Friedman); on the other hand, the existence of rigidities or a monetary restriction (the route indicated by Clower).
