A country is called developed when the capacity and progress of science and technology have created products that always meet the requirements and increasing needs of people, ensuring stability and development of the nation in particular and the movement of the world in general. In Vietnam, the quality of goods is still modest. This exists not only from a macro perspective but also from a micro perspective and the transition from macro to micro because of a lack of orientation, or can be called the lack of "Product quality planning” [21,25] in terms of space. This paper will discuss the concepts of quality, expand the concept of quality with the aim of achieving good quality, meeting increasing requirements, need to perform the "quality planning" work under the space degree. The paper uses a mathematical tool based on the Cartesian coordinate system to determine the optimal value of product quality in order to demonstrate quantitatively according to the spatial frameworks when the quality is desired to achieve the required perfection through the magnitude of the "quality demand.” In a similar way, in order to get the construction project achieve the maximum quality, there must be adjustment solutions in 3 aspects. However, at present, in Vietnam in particular and the world in general, there have not been many in-depth studies on the formation of quality and the factors affecting the quality, especially the industrial construction projects [3]. Through the success or failure of investment projects in the form of public private partnerships (PPP) of countries around the world, including developed countries, the author thinks that in order for the project to be successful, it is necessary to apply construction product quality planning.

The quality of refractory materials plays an important role especially in high temperature processes. In case of violation of qualitative properties of refractory materials, the safety of the use of the technological equipment in which these materials are used is compromised. The requirements on the quality of refractories and their properties are now high, as their operating life should be as long as possible. The aim of the article is to point out the quality of refractory material in contact with corrosive media, to analyze the technological factors that affect the quality and safety of technological equipment. An analysis of the refractory material, as well as the analysis of the melt was performed. Subsequently, an experiment was realized, which was evaluated by macroscopic analysis and chemical analysis. After the experiments, we found that the melt had penetrated the masonry and consequently created corrosion layers in the masonry. These layers have affected the life of the material and reduced the safety of the technological equipment in which they were used.

Tractors and cereal harvesters are technical means, which have a strong influence on the technological development trends of plant production. The aim of this article was to provide an overview of the developments of the cereal harvester fleet in Estonia between 2010 and 2017. For this purpose, the data from the Statistics Estonia, particularly the Traffic Register as on 31 December 2017 was used. The article points out changes in the number of agricultural holdings by the size class of the growing area for cereals; the number of cereal harvesters, including the number of new harvesters sold year-by-year and the preferences of agricultural holdings for cereal harvesters and distribution of new cereal harvesters by the manufacturer during the period. It becomes evident that during the last decade the cereal harvester fleet has changed a lot in Estonia. Harvesters dating back to the Soviet time have gone out of use and new, more well-known harvester brands have replaced them. The most sold harvester brand in Estonia is Claas, but New Holland, John Deere, Case, Fendt, Sampo, Massey Ferguson, Laverda, etc. are also represented. The average engine power of a harvester has increased by 50.3 % and the average width of the header has increased by 36.4 %. The information from the cereal harvester's on-board computer is being used increasingly for guiding the work of the cereal harvester fleet in order to optimise the harvesting costs.
