Molecular Mechanisms of Antitumor Activity of PAMAM Dendrimer Conjugates with Anticancer Drugs and a Monoclonal Antibody

Abstract: Taxanes are considered fundamental drugs in the treatment of breast cancer, but despite the similarities, docetaxel (doc) and paclitaxel (ptx) work differently.
