Molecular Imaging of Activated Matrix Metalloproteinases in Vascular Remodeling

Abstract: Background-Matrix metalloproteinase (MMP) activation plays a key role in vascular remodeling. RP782 is a novel indium 111 In-labeled tracer with specificity for activated MMPs.
