Modularization and Process Control

Abstract

Anforderungen an die modularisierte Planung und Ausführung von Anlagen der Prozessindustrie stellen aus Sicht der Prozessführung drei Herausforderungen: 1) Die für die Planung mit Konstruktionsmodulen notwendige Standardisierung führt unweigerlich zu höherem Instrumentierungsaufwand. 2) Die Integration der Automatisierung der Module in ein gesamtsystemübergreifendes Prozessführungskonzept erfolgt heute zumeist manuell und ist entsprechend fehleranfällig und zeitaufwendig. 3) Die Prozessführungskonzepte der einzelnen Module müssen derart gestaltet sein, dass aus den lokalen Führungsstrategien eine globale Führungsstrategie abgeleitet werden kann. Anhand einer modularen Forschungsanlage werden verschiedene Lösungsansätze und offene Forschungsfragen diskutiert und bewertet.
