Modification of the Properties of Clathrate/Cavitate Complexes with Hierarchical Architecture at Their Synthesis in Crossed Electric and Light-Wave Fields

Abstract: A new technological approach is proposed for the synthesis of multilayered nanostructures, which provides them unique properties and extraordinary prospects of practical applications. In particular, the synthesis of the InSe⟨-⟨FeSO4⟩⟩ nanostructure with hierarchical architecture in crossed electric and light-wave fields is shown to result in the abnormally strong positive magnetoresistance effect with giant magnetoresistance oscillations in a low-frequency interval of 10 −3-10 Hz.
