Modification of the chemical composition, morphology, and antireflection properties of WSe x films formed by pulsed laser deposition

Abstract: 793Thin films of transition metal dichalcogenide (TMDs) including tungsten diselenide (WSe 2 ) have drawn considerable interest due to the layered (lamel lar) structure of these materials, which accounts for a number of extraordinary properties.
