Now the aim of the formation of a competent and competitive graduate who is able to adapt to rapidly changing conditions is the main aim because there are lots of innovations in the sphere of education. Educational institutions solve the tasks using all resources. The authors underline professional competencies development can happen both in studying and in other forms at any time. The authors reveal the essence of the growth of student self-management in college as an effective way of necessary competencies evolution. It is noted that self-management at college transforms the traditional system of interaction between the administration and the learners "teacher-student", turning it into a partnership, where the administration acts as a senior partnercoach, which contributes to the more effective development of graduates' competences. However, the development of conditions for student government should be fairly systematized, so the authors proposed a special model for the development of student self-management in college.

The article studies the main components of the emotional intelligence of managers and employees of various organizations and fields. An analysis of sources showed that components of emotional intelligence are as follows: interpersonal understanding of the concept, emotional expressiveness, emotional awareness, behavioral intentions. The study was conducted using a google form posted in the electronic courses of Nizhny Novgorod University in courses designed for continuing education. It was revealed that the semantic content of the concept "emotional intelligence" is different for employees and managers of organizations. Changes in emotional intelligence are determined by the development of its components: interpersonal understanding of emotions, emotional expressiveness, emotional awareness, empathy, behavioral intentions. In organizations, positive personal qualities prevail. It is the norm for building interaction, developing a corporate culture based on creativity, relationships, and selfdevelopment. The results obtained can be of practical importance for the development of training technology for a specific organization, which would not contradict the organizational culture.

This article presents a quantitative assessment of pedagogical support aimed at improving collaborative education at a modern technical university. The article analyzes the structural composition of the universal communicative competence in a foreign language to identify the advantages of the proposed content detailization. An algorithm for constructing educational and speech actions of students with the use of collaborative digital technology, regarding the monitoring and control of tools, is developed and theoretically justified. Microsoft Teams is offered as a platform for implementing digital collaborative learning technology. The didactic possibilities and methodological functions of Microsoft Teams in foreign language teaching are revealed. The digital technology of the collaborative learning algorithm is relevant for building collaborative actions is relevant, since it contributes to the development of the ability to solve common professional tasks. The algorithm of the dialogic communication, including problem, contradiction, conflict, intellectual difficulty, having general professional context as a stimulus to enhance the interaction in pair work is proposed as pedagogical support. The analysis and quantitative assessment of students' oral responses showed that the dialogue in a foreign language, based on the algorithmic component, is more structured and stimulates students' communication on relevant professional-oriented topics.
