Abstract:The article presents clinical, cytological, laboratory, histological and immunohistochemical signs of acantholytic pemphigus (AP). Differential diagnostic criteria of dermatoses of various genesis are specified. The data of domestic and foreign authors with the description of clinical cases of AP are presented.
