The necessity to contribute to a high competitiveness level of business structures in the increasingly competitive environment, globalization, fusion of labor markets and assets and to develop the digital economy requires an adequate transformation of the competitiveness management system of business structures. The purpose of this article is to suggest a methodical approach to assessing the competitiveness level of business structures in the digital economy. The approach is supposed to allow assessing the competitiveness level of IT business firms as suppliers of IT solutions to final customers using the methods of the hierarchy analysis, assessing the development level and the cluster analysis. The article analyzes the state and trends of developing business structures in the field of IT technologies from the point of view of their competitiveness. The paper proposes the economic and mathematical tools, which allow to justify the informational space of business structure competitiveness indices, calculate the importance of variables and weight coefficients, justify the choice of the method of convolution and developing aggregates, scaling the integral index of business structure competitiveness level in the digital economy. While implementing the proposed methodical approach to competitiveness data indicators of IT business structures the authors have identified companies with the highest competitiveness level and an IT company with the medium competitiveness level and a low market share, which shows the possibility of strengthening the market position of the company in a medium term. The developed methodical approach can be considered as an informational and methodical element of the competitiveness management system of IT business structures.

The article deals with the imperatives of the development of the tourist services market, which determines the parameters of the aggregate value of the sub-indices of the meso-and local levels in the spatial polarization of the regional tourist system. The methodology of spatial polarization of the regional tourist system, which provides convergence of the infra-structural space of tourist services, formation of an innovative nucleus, minimization of manifestation of destructive factors, balancing of interests of regions and the country as a whole is substantiated. It has been proposed the scientific-methodical approach to the definition of the target landmarks for the development of the tourist services market, which implements polarized tourist space in terms of quantitative and qualitative parameters, makes it possible to analyze the destructive determinants of the periphery and determinants-producers of the tourist center of activity, evaluation and forecasting of the safe level of the hierarchy of the regional tourist system, determination of clear impulses for the development of the tourist services market and density of interaction of the periphery with the center. Revenues from the sale of tourist services of local level enterprises have been analyzed. A comprehensive approach to the assessment of the concentration of the aggregate value of the security index of the regional tourist system, which is differentiated by the components of the regional security potential and threats, guarantees the development of the tourist services market and modifies the tourist system on the meso-level as a whole.

Introduction. Regions of Ukraine are characterized by a considerable level of disparities in socio-economic development. Interpretation of disparities is important in order to develop the measures preventing their aggravation. Problem Statement. The indices of regional disparities are variable and heterogeneous, with different dynamics. Thus, it is difficult to estimate them with the help of conventional methods that do not allow application of intermediate indices. Purpose. To formulate a mechanism for regulating regional disparities necessary for further solution of management and prognostic tasks based on innovative approaches given environmental variability, rapid, and non-linear dynamics of disparities. Materials and Methods. For estimation and interpretation of indices for regional disparities, it is advisable to use methods of fuzzy logic theory. These methods apply to quantitative estimation of qualitative information (in the case when it is indefinite), modeling of increasingly complicated economic processes given a high reliability of calculations based on fuzzy logic models. Results. The mechanism for forecasting the dynamics of regional disparities by fuzzy logic methods has been presented as integration of interdependent factors ensuring development of the region under unstable conditions of external and internal environment. With the help of fuzzy logic methods, the membership function between the levels of disparities and the catalysts of disparities (retarders) has been built. The characteristics of regional disparity levels have been classified as permissible, regulated, and catastrophic. The study of dynamics of the disparity underlies elaborating public policy recommendations on the regulation of disparities. Conclusions. The characteristics of disparities for each region estimated on the basis of membership function pave the way for further forecasting the dynamics of disparities and developing a strategy for the regulation of disparities in each region.
