Modelling Corporate Competitive Capabilities for SMEs in the Malaysian Manufacturing Sector: An Exploratory Study

Abstract: This study empirically tests the relationship between the four factors of corporate competitive capabilities (CCC) (cost leadership, differentiation, innovative marketing and customer service) and business performance.
