Modeling the Structure of the Frameshift-Stimulatory Pseudoknot in SARS-CoV-2 Reveals Multiple Possible Conformers

Abstract: SARS-CoV-2, the coronavirus responsible for the COVID-19 pandemic, belongs to the Coronaviridae family of viruses. Members of this family contain highly conserved structural elements within their 5' and 3' untranslated regions (UTRs), which are believed to play roles in genome replication and circularization.
