Modeling of Noise Dispersion in the Seaport Territoy and Residential Zone Using Cadnaa Program/Jūrų Uosto Teritorijos Ir Gyvenamosios Zonos Triukšmo Sklaidos Modeliavimas Taikant Programą Cadnaa/ Μοделирοвание Распространения Шума На Территοрии Морского Порта И Жилой Зоны При Пοмощи Прοграммы „cadnaa“

Abstract: The level of noise and its dispersion was evaluated at Klaipeda State Seaport enterprise of JSC KLASCO. Investigation was carried out at 24 measuring points located in the enterprise territory and at 6 measuring points in a residential area. Sources of noise are evaluated. Reasons of a higher noise level than that presented in the hygienic norms and possible causes of its occurance in the territory of the enterprise and in the neighbouring residential zone. Noise‐decreasing means are suggested. From the propos… Show more

“…It is usual that houses are built near noise sources, therefore taking into consideration the conditions of noise propagation, the existing relief is employed or artificial barriers are constructed to suppress the propagation of sound waves (Baltrėnas, Puzinas 2009). …”
