The article explores the technology development as a factor of the evolutionary and creative formation of society. The field of science and technology is constantly expanding due to the exponential growth in the number of technologies and due to the increasing expansion of technologies into the natural environment of mankind. The relevance of considering and socio-philosophical analysis and reflection of technology as a phenomenon of social reality is of particular importance in the modern world in the context of a global pandemic, which brought the digitalization of post-industrial society to a whole new level. Attention is drawn to the fact that technogenic risks increase in the post - industrial phase of social development. In addition, the article breaks down the concept of a post-industrial society under the catalytic influence of digitalization processes. The article substantiates the importance that post-material values acquire in the context of the development of modern society.

The fuzzy neural networks are hybrid structures that can act in several contexts of the pattern classification, including the detection of failures and anomalous behaviors. This paper discusses the use of an artificial intelligence model based on the association between fuzzy logic and training of artificial neural networks to recognize anomalies in transactions involved in the context of computer networks and cyberattacks. In addition to verifying the accuracy of the model, fuzzy rules were obtained through knowledge from the massive datasets to form expert systems. The acquired rules allow the creation of intelligent systems in high-level languages with a robust level of identification of anomalies in Internet transactions, and the accuracy of the results of the test confirms that the fuzzy neural networks can act in anomaly detection in high-security attacks in computer networks.

Industry 4.0 is a topic little discussed today, especially in relation to the possible negative risks generated by it. In this way, this work aims to raise and discuss the risks of the Fourth Industrial Revolution currently found in the literature from a sustainability perspective and develop a theoretical framework to represent them. For this, a methodology of systematic analysis of the literature was used to relate the relevant works to the theme and thus to discuss them. Two databases (Scopus and Web of Science) were used in which 7772 articles were evaluated, of which 66 were used for the discussion. The 28 risks found were grouped into four dimensions (Economic Risks, Social Risks, Environmental Risks, and Technological Risks) where their relationships were studied and represent in the theoretical framework constructed. In this way, in addition to contributing to the academy building more theoretical contribution to the theme, the risks raised can help managers and companies to checkpoints of attention before implanting technologies and concepts of industry 4.0
