Abstract: A previous paper (Hawking and Ross, 1948) Organization of therapeutic trialThe present investigation was carried out at Salisbury, Southern Rhodesia, beginning in the second half of 1947. Patients with active schistosome infections were selected for the trials. Urines and stools were collected and examined for the presence of eggs and miracidia.
