Minority Governments, Deadlock Situations, and the Survival of Presidential Democracies

Abstract: What are the conditions that generate minority presidents, minority governments, and deadlock in presidential regimes? What is the impact of minority presidents, minority governments, and deadlock on the survival of these regimes?
