Minimally Invasive Access Aortic Arch Surgery

Abstract: Objective Median sternotomy is still the standard approach for aortic arch surgery. Minimally invasive techniques promise faster recovery with shorter hospital stay due to thoracic stability, reduced pain, and superior cosmetic results.
