Minimalinvasive Möglichkeiten zur Bildung einer Neovagina

Abstract: There are several methods to construct a vagina in case of a congenital vaginal agenesis. The significance of minimal-invasive technics, especially the laparascopian Vecchietti operation, increases continuously. The sigmoid neovagina was performed up to now per laparotomiam only. By performing it endoscopically, the postoperative discomfort for the patient was reduced in comparance to laparatomian operation.
