Mild Encephalitis/Encephalopathy with a Reversible Splenial Lesion (MERS) Following Tuberculosis Meningitis: A Case Report

Abstract: Encephalopathy/encephalitis syndrome with reversible splenial lesion (MERS) is a clinical-radiological syndrome, combining encephalopathy and a specific radiological picture. MERS is caused by many factors, and the main pathogenesis is due to virus infection. Here, we reported the case of a 25-year-old patient with MERS following tuberculosis meningitis.
