Microbial Characterization of Streptomyces Isolates from Oil Contaminated Soil

Abstract: In this study, nineteen different Streptomyces strains were isolated from oil-contaminated surface soil at Ataş Oil Terminal in Turkey. Biodegradation and Restriction Fragment Length Polymorphism tests (RFLP) were used for selecting isolates.
