METODE LATIHAN CIRCUIT TRAINING UNTUK MENINGKATKAN DAYA TAHAN OTOT LENGAN & AKURASI MEMANAH

Abstract: Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan circuit traning atas hasil daya tahan otot lengan dan akurasi memanah atlet panahan di Kabupaten Banyumas. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperiment kuantitatif dengan design penelitian one grup pretest posttes design . Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 20 atlet.
