Methodology for the development of innovation projects on the basis of competitiveness indexes

Abstract: This paper presents the results of research in the field of developing innovation projects on the basis of the identification of factors of competitiveness. The principles of formation of competitiveness, including the principle of systematicity, goal-setting, efficiency, adaptability, uncertainty, and innovativeness, are substantiated.
