Introduction: Urban always attracts investors to invest. Health facilities in urban areas are growing rapidly compared to villages. This condition is estimated to contribute to the disparity of urban-rural areas in the utilization of health services. Studying the utilization of health services is a way to evaluate the performance of the health care system through its output. Aim: This study was intended to analyze urban-rural disparity in the utilization of primary health care or puskesmas use by the elderly.Methods: This study was used the 2013 Riskesdas (Indonesian Basic Health Survey) raw data. The 2013 Riskesdas was designed a cross-sectional survey. With the multi-stage cluster random sampling method, 25,813 elderly people in East Java Province were obtained. Data were analyzed using Multinomial Logistic Regression tests.Results: Elderly people in urban areas have a better probability of outpatient use of 1.208 than those living in rural areas (OR 1.208; 95% CI 1.057-1.380). The elderly who have a primary school and under education have the possibility of 1.558 times more utilizing outpatients in the puskesmas than the elderly who have college education levels (OR 1.558; 95% CI 1.001-2.424). Conclusions: There was a disparity between urban and rural areas in the utilization of outpatient puskesmas in East Java by the elderly. Policy makers in East Java are recommended to improve facilities and infrastructure of the puskesmas in rural areas by paying attention to the results of this study.

Within the ever-growing healthcare industry, dental informatics is a burgeoning field of study. One of the major obstacles to the health care system’s transformation is obtaining knowledge and insightful data from complex, high-dimensional, and diverse sources. Modern biomedical research, for instance, has seen an increase in the use of complex, heterogeneous, poorly documented, and generally unstructured electronic health records, imaging, sensor data, and text. There were still certain restrictions even after many current techniques were used to extract more robust and useful elements from the data for analysis. New effective paradigms for building end-to-end learning models from complex data are provided by the most recent deep learning technology breakthroughs. Therefore, the current study aims to examine the most recent research on the use of deep learning techniques for dental informatics problems and recommend creating comprehensive and meaningful interpretable structures that might benefit the healthcare industry. We also draw attention to some drawbacks and the need for better technique development and provide new perspectives about this exciting new development in the field.

Kualitas hidup dan kualitas perawatan adalah hak asasi manusia. Kesetaraan dalam penyediaan dan aksesibilitas terhadap perawatan kesehatan adalah komponen kunci dari kualitas perawatan dan kualitas hidup. Sejalan dengan Pancasila ideologi nasional Indonesia dan Pasal 34 Undang-Undang Dasar Negara 1945, Indonesia telah mengakui dan memprioritaskan tujuan pemerataan akses terhadap perawatan kesehatan dan kesejahteraan. Undang-Undang Kesehatan Nasional No. 36 Tahun 2009 juga menyatakan: "Setiap warga negara memiliki hak untuk memiliki akses dan sumber daya dalam perawatan kesehatan, yang aman, berkualitas tinggi dan terjangkau. Dan oleh karena itu, setiap warga negara harus menjadi anggota asuransi nasional. " Melalui penelitian dengan metode studi pustaka Ini, peneliti Ingin mengetahui bertujuan untuk menggali dan menganalisis pemerataan layanan kesehatan primer lansia saat pandemi untuk mengevaluasi kinerja sistem perawatan kesehatan yang ada di Malang . Disparitas pelayanan kesehatan antara perkotaan dan pedesaan selalu menarik untuk dipelajari karena banyak hal yang dapat ditemukan dalam kasus ini. Salah satu karakteristik yang berbeda dari daerah perkotaan dan pedesaan adalah mempercepat pembangunan. Daerah perkotaan cenderung berkembang lebih cepat daripada yang pedesaan terutama di sektor kesehatan. Kepadatan hunian membuat pembangunan kesehatan terkonsentrasi di daerah perkotaan.Hasil menunjukkan Pada Kabupaten Malang, lansia perkotaan cenderung mudah dalam mendapatkan akses kesehatan berbeda dengan lansia pedesaan yang cenderung susah dikarenakan beberapa faktor seperti tinggal di derah pelosok. Hal terbukti dengan dilakukannya vaksinasi door to door oleh pemerintah Kabupaten Malang untuk menjangkau daerah yang sulit agar terciptanya pemerataan pelayanan kesehatan. Pemerataan di Kabupaten Malang cukup baik beriringan dengan kualitas kinerja perawatan kesehatan. Dengan vaksinasi door to door pemerintah melakukan percepatan vaksinasi agar terciptanya pemerataan.
