The effect of temperature, catalyst type, alcohol and dicarboxylic acid structures, as well as reagents ratio on the selectivity of formation and yield of mono-and diesters has been determined under stationary conditions for adipic (AA) and succinic acids (SA) esterification by C 2-C 5 aliphatic alcohols. It has been proved by the theory and experiments that maximum selectivity of dicarboxylic acids (DCA) monoesters formation during their esterification by alcohols is achieved at the ratio between flow rate constants of monoester and DCA less than 0.1. The high yield of monoester (40-60 %) was found to be for only such reaction systems as SA-2-methylpropan-1ol (catalysts H 2 SO 4 and p-toluenesulfoacid) and SApentan-1-ol (catalyst p-toluenesulfoacid).

in Wiley Online Library (wileyonlinelibrary.com).Electrophilic heterocyclization of 5-alkenyl-1-methyl-6-thioxopyrazolo [3,4-d]pyrimidin-4-ones and 3alkenyl-2-thioxoquinazoline-4-ones under the action of p-alkoxyphenyltellurium trichloride leads to annulation of thiazoline cycle with formation of 7-[(p-alkoxyphenyl)telluromethyl]-1-methyl-6,7dihydropyrazolo[3,4-d][1,3]thiazolo[3,2-a]pyrimidin-4(1H)-ones hydrochlorides and 2-(p-alkoxyphenyl) dichlorotelluromethyl-2,3-dihydro-5H-[1,3]thiazolo[2,3-b]quinazolin-5-ones hydrochlorides. Reduction of salts by the action of excess of sodium sulfite leads to formation of arylhetaryl telluride. in 20 mL of triethylamine. The reaction mixture was refluxed for 2 h. Precipitate was filtered and washed by methanol. The product was crystalized from ethanol. 3-Prop-2-en-1-yl-2-thioxo-2,3-dihydroquinazolin-4(1H)-one(6). N‐Аlkenyl thioureas, under the action of aryltellurium trichlorides, form the addition products N‐{2‐chloro‐3‐[dichloro(4‐alkoxyphenyl)‐tellanyl]propyl} thioureas or the intramolecular cyclization products 5‐{dichloro(4‐alkoxyphenyl)‐telluromethyl}‐2‐phenylamino‐4,5‐dihydro‐1,3‐thiazole hydrochlorides. The reaction route depends on the nature of the substituent in the thiourea. The Fukui function reactivity indexes identify the electrophilic/nucleophilic centers and explain the possible cyclization reaction in the case of phenyl substituted thioureas. In the case of other substituents, the calculated values of partial atomic charges clearly predict that the addition reaction is more possible.
