This case was evaluated according to the criteria for diagnosis of double primary cancer by Young et al 8 That is, there was no direct extension of either tumor or superficial myometrial invasion of the endometrial cancer, and each tumor was confined to its primary site. Based on these criteria, we diagnosed this case as double primary cancers that occurred simultaneously in the endometrium and right ovary.…”
