Meta-avaliação de intervenções comunitárias de promoção da atividade física

Abstract

Estudos avaliativos demonstram a efetividade de intervenções comunitárias de atividade física, sendo escassos os que analisem a sua qualidade. Objetivou-se identificar e analisar a qualidade de artigos originais sobre intervenções comunitárias de promoção de atividade física publicados de 2007 a 2019 nas bases de dados: Medline, SciELO e LILACS. Aplicaram-se os parâmetros propostos pela Joint Committee on Standards for Educational Evaluation – JCSEE, e critérios de especificidade referentes à avaliação de ações de promoção de saúde comunitária. Os estudos incluídos (doze) foram descritos segundo características das intervenções avaliadas, abordagens avaliativas empregadas, e principais resultados. A utilização de abordagens avaliativas para ações multiestratégicas e complexas, a exemplo das intervenções comunitárias de atividade física, ainda é restrita.

Análise da contribuição de intervenções de promoção da saúde: o caso do Programa Academia da Cidade Recife, Pernambuco

“…A coleta dos dados primários, realizada de maio a agosto de 2016, empregou diversos procedimentos: entrevistas semiestruturadas, grupos focais, revisão de documentos oficiais e técnicos, além de documentos obtidos por meio de revisão de literatura sobre avaliação de intervenções comunitárias de promoção da atividade física (CAZARIN et al, 2020). Foram realizadas dez entrevistas individuais com: coordenação do PAC; gestor municipal de Atenção Primária à Saúde e de Vigilância em Saúde; gestor estadual da Secretaria de Vigilância em Saúde e da Secretaria das Cidades; representante de entidade de classe (Associação dos Profissionais de Educação Física de Pernambuco -APEF); representantes de instituição local de ensino e pesquisa (2); e profissionais de polo diferenciado (Projeto Bom Dia) (2).…”
