Message Admission Control along with Buffer Space Advertisement to Control Congestion in Delay Tolerant Networks (DTNs)

Abstract: Delay and Disruption Tolerant networks (DTN) are subject to intermittent connection and long delay, thus the internet congestion control mechanisms are not suitable for DTNs.
