Menggali Asas-Asas Pengadilan Hak Asasi Manusia dalam Pengujian Undang-Undang Pengadilan Hak Asasi Manusia

Abstract: Dinamika pengujian UU Pengadilan HAM di Mahkamah Konstitusi, permasalahan mengenai penyelesian pelanggaran HAM berat masa lalu masih tidak menjadi priotitas perhatian. Penyelesaian tersebut cenderung kehilangan arah, tidak pasti, berlarut-larut yang merugikan korban dan/atau keluarganya.
