Membrangestützte Extraktion bei enzymatischen Reaktionen in Anwesenheit organischer Lösungsmittel

Abstract: Den vorgestellten Arbeiten liegt die Idee zugrunde, mit Hilfe einer Acetyltransferase, die kürzlich aus Taxus baccata isoliert werden konnte, Baccatin III kontinuierlich in einem Enzymreaktor herzustellen. Substrat der enzymatischen Umsatzreaktion ist das aus Eibenverschnitt gewonnene 10-Deacetylbaccatin III. Ziel der Arbeiten ist die Ausbeutesteigerung und Kostenreduktion bei der Semisynthese von Paclitaxel, einem sehr wirksamen Cytostatika.
