Melanoma clonal subline analysis uncovers heterogeneity-driven immunotherapy resistance mechanisms

Abstract: Intratumoral heterogeneity (ITH) can promote cancer progression and treatment failure, but the complexity of the regulatory programs and contextual factors involved complicates its study.
