Medical records and multiple sclerosis: A population-based case–control study

Abstract: Background Medical records on multiple sclerosis progression is not complete. This study aimed to review the medical records and sociodemographic findings of the multiple sclerosis population in Mazandaran province. Method This case-control study included cases and two groups of patient control and healthy control groups (n=200 per group).
