“…The participants' psychological resilience score was high, which was consistent with the research by Serc ße et al (2021), showing that the objects of this study possessed good adaptability in daily life. Furthermore, the participants' positive coping styles score was higher than negative coping styles, which was similar to the research by Pelekanakis et al (2022), demonstrating that our study sample population had a more positive attitude and problem-solving style during coping with stress. The SWB score was higher than the domestic norm (5.1159 AE 2.0282) (Yao et al 1995), and the difference was statistically significant, showing that the positive psychological quality of the undergraduate nursing students was generally in good condition.…”

“…Suicidal behavior occurs when an individual with the diathesis is exposed to stress, which determines the behavior's timing [9]. The individuals who experience more stressful life events are associated with increased severity of depressive symptoms, as well as increased risk for suicide [10,11]. A strong link between stressful life events and suicide risk in patients with MDD has been consistently demonstrated that the number and severity of stressful life events have a quantity-response relationship with suicide risk [12,13].…”
