Medial thigh fasciocutaneous flaps for reconstruction of the scrotum following Fournier gangrene: A case report

Abstract: Fournier's gangrene, a rapidly progressive necrotizing fasciitis of the perineum and external genitalia that leads to extensive soft tissue necrosis, remains a medical‐surgical emergency.
