Measuring Non-Market Values for Hydropower Production and Water Storage on the Colorado River: A White Paper Investigation

Abstract: This study presents a conceptual framework for capturing the spatial and temporal aspects of non-market dimensions of value (DOV) and how they vary as the result of policy changes for hydropower generation and developed water uses.
