Mathematical methods of substantiating and logical modelling of a resource-saving environmentally safe critical infrastructure system

Abstract: In this work, a theoretical basis for a comprehensive assessment of the environmental hazard of wastes, which are formed during the functioning of critical infrastructure in residential territories, is de-veloped.
