Maternal Exposures Associated with Autism Spectrum Disorder in Jamaican Children

Abstract: Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is a complex neurodevelopmental disorder with poorly understood etiology. Many maternal exposures during pregnancy and breastfeeding potentially interfere with neurodevelopment.
