Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) – Understanding Online Learners’ Preferences and Experiences

Abstract: This paper explores online learners' preferences and experiences of using Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) as a leaning environment. The paper thus intends to investigate what online learners prefer and what they experience while using MOOCs. The research employs exploratory approach using qualitative data.
