The framework to learn how to manage SMEs is as simple as management. The first is to identify the internal control problems and causes of SMEs, and the reasons for the internal management problems of SMEs. Then, we analyzed the management system management and development of the business model industry-standard model. Based on the construction of industrial subsystems, a simple subsystem conversion system is developed, and a simple exchange strategy matrix for equipment measurement and decision-making is constructed. Finally, taking CW as an example, the company’s case modeled and demonstrated the feasibility of the retrofit process, supporting the importance of the study. The experimental results show that asset specificity, organizational structure stability, cultural organization memory, and entrepreneur cognitive inertia are the main factors that promote the formation of strategic rigidity. Once the strategic rigidity is formed, it will have a negative effect on the enterprise, resulting in a lack of adaptability, lack of innovation power, and a decline in business performance, indicating the necessity and urgency of building an enterprise strategic flexibility system.

O objetivo desse é pesquisar o estado da arte do tema Technology Readiness Level – TRL, que é uma metodologia para aferição de nível de maturidade tecnológica para projetos de inovação. Foi realizado um estudo bibliométrico sobre o tema na base de pesquisa da Scopus nos últimos cinco anos. Como resultado, identificou-se que o estado da arte do tema TRL é ainda escasso quanto às discussões acerca de sua importância dentro do contexto dos ecossistemas de inovação em nível mundial. Nas análises foram possíveis identificar os principais autores e jounals que publicam sobre o tema, bem com, as principais palavras-chave e as fontes mais referenciadas nos artigos selecionados. Em uma análise dos achados de 4 dos principais artigos, percebeu-se que é notório que a TRL possui grande relevância nos trabalhos empreendidos, e que é utilizada de maneira conjugada ou mesmo adaptada para determinada realidade. A escassez de artigos que tratam da TRL foi uma limitação encontrada.

The use of fossil fuels to generate energy is often associated with serious negative effects on the environment. The greenhouse gas emissions resulting from burning these fuels destroy the ozone layer and lead to global warming. As a strategic approach to the solution of this problem, calls for research and development, as well as the implementation of technologies associated with renewable energy sources within the European Union (EU), have intensified in recent years. One of the keys to a successful outcome from this intensified effort is to identify the challenges associated with the transfer of both intellectual property and technology rights in the renewable energy sector within the EU. The present paper contributes towards this direction. Firstly, data from the literature were used to identify contemporary trends within the European Union with regards to technology transfer and intellectual property within the sector of renewable energy. Then, a statistical analysis utilising an ordinary least squares (OLS) model was conducted to establish a correlation between renewable energy innovations (research and development) and the level of investment associated with renewable energy technologies. Finally, this correlation, along with the associated challenges, was then critically explored for four of the most popular renewable energy sources (namely solar energy, biomass, wind energy, and marine renewable energy), and conclusions are reported.
