Markers of Inflammation, Coagulation, and Renal Function Are Elevated in Adults with HIV Infection

Abstract: Background HIV replication and immune activation may increase inflammation and coagulation biomarkers. Limited data exist comparing such biomarkers for those with and without HIV infection.
