People’s attachment styles play a fundamental role in shaping their intimate relationships. Anxiously attached individuals have a strong need for closeness but a poor ability to obtain the closeness they seek. In contrast, people high in avoidance tend to avoid intimacy in close relationships. Dyadic coping can strengthen the bond between partners, and develop empathy, commitment, sensitivity, and responsiveness to the partner’s needs, which may be the basis of shaping intimacy and closeness. The effects of attachment on relational intimacy were examined, using the actor–partner interdependence model and data from 144 heterosexual couples, aged 26 to 60. Both partners completed measures of attachment, intimacy as a relationship satisfaction dimension, and dyadic coping. The results showed that men’s attachment-related avoidance is related to their own intimacy; also, the avoidant attachment of both spouses is related to each other’s intimacy. The effect of having children on intimacy was significant for men; the effect of financial situation on intimacy was significant for women. Moreover, problem-focused common dyadic coping appeared to have a significant moderating effect on the relationship between attachment-related avoidance and intimacy. Adult attachment and dyadic coping significantly contributed to partners’ relational intimacy.

Long Distance Marriage or also called long-distance marriage, is a familiar phenomenon, including in Indonesia. Long Distance Marriage describes a situation where couples are physically separated. One partner has to go elsewhere for specific purposes, such as work, or the other partner has to stay at home or in their area of origin. Long-distance marriages also cause many wives to experience loneliness because their husbands have left them for months. Physical separation from people considered close is often a painful experience and can affect almost every aspect of life.This study aims to determine the relationship between marital satisfaction and conflict resolution in long-distance marriage couples. This study uses a quantitative correlational method. The data collection technique used the purposive sampling method, determining the sample with specific considerations. The number of participants in this study was 66 out of a total population of 260, with criteria including Married men/women, under 40 years of age and undergoing long-distance marriages.The results of this study indicate that there is a relationship between marital satisfaction and conflict resolution. This is indicated by the coefficient values of the two variables, namely Rxy = 0.246 with FCount = 4.123 (FCount>3.986) and P = 0.046 (p <0.05). There is a positive relationship between marital satisfaction and conflict resolution. This is indicated by the value of the correlation coefficient on marital satisfaction and conflict resolution variables, which is 6.1%. This means that the higher the marital satisfaction, the higher the level of conflict resolution in long-distance marriage couples. Vice versa, the lower the marital satisfaction, the lower the level of conflict resolution in long-distance marriage couples.

Social VR is emerging with commercialized VR equipment in recent years. In 2020, the COVID-19 global pandemic dramatically changed people's life. Governments recommend people stay at home, and the number of people in social VR also increased. This study focused on VRChat, one of the most popular and free-to-play social VR games. A systematic observation and behavior mapping had been conducted for a week (five weekdays and two weekends) in three maps (Worlds). Based on the VRChat user number and time relationship, each map's observation was conducted every 2 hours, starting from 8:00 to 22:00 (JST), and over 1000 users have been observed. And the map selection is based on language use and cultural elements in the map, including Japan, China, and English-speaking countries. People's positions on the map, behaviors, topics of conversation, and language use have been collected. The mapping results present on maps and other data such as the number of people, people's behaviors, and distance between people are statistically analyzed. The results of this study are 1. People would like to socialize in front of mirrors with a variety of avatars. 2. Only a few people take seats in virtual environments since most users are sitting in the real world when they are in VR. 3. Most people's distances between each other are from 1 to 2 meters, and the distance is statically different compared to people in front of mirrors and other areas.
