Mapeamento Do Uso E Cobertura Do Solo Da Bacia Do Rio Taperoá: Região Semiárida Do Estado Da Paraíba

Abstract: O presente trabalho tem como objetivo realizar um mapeamento do uso e cobertura do solo da bacia do rio Taperoá, maior afluente do rio Paraíba, que juntos abastecem o 2º maior açude da Paraíba, o Epitácio Pessoa no município de Boqueirão. Este açude é responsável pelo abastecimento de toda Região Metropolitana de Campina Grande e vem sofrendo nos últimos anos com o rápido assoreamento.
