Mantoux test: what threshold? for what purpose?

Abstract: L'intradermo-réaction à la tuberculine (IDR) est un test diagnostique largement utilisé, mais son interprétation dépend du seuil de positivité à considérer. Cette étude a déterminé une valeur seuil de positivité de l'IDR permettant le dépistage de la tuberculose-infection et l'orientation du diagnostic de tuberculosemaladie.
