The goal of environmental education is to form a respectful attitude towards nature in the interests of sustainable development. This paper describes the environmental education program at an ethnic camp, which enables visitors to become familiar with the ecological wisdom of the indigenous peoples of Western Siberia, Russia. This program illustrates how indigenous communities can participate in the global agenda as actors suggesting their responses to global environmental challenges. This paper aims to assess the content, form, and effectiveness of the environmental education program at the ethnic camp. The content and form were assessed in compliance with the elements of modern environmental education. To measure the effectiveness of the education program, the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) was used to study the students’ intentions to engage in sustainable behavior after visiting the ethnic camp. The research participants were 210 university students. This program is rich in content and form, including traditional activities and the ecological wisdom of the indigenous peoples. However, the findings demonstrated that the program had little effect on their sustainable environmental behavior. No significant differences were found between the results of the experimental and control groups. The study suggests ways to improve the education program.

The design of retrieval and recommendation method of personalized learning resources based on students’ cognition level of professional knowledge and the correlation degree of the knowledge is of certain practical significance. In reality, students’ learning preferences and needs will change with the passing of time and the upgrading of learning stages, so giving learning resource recommendations without considering the time series features of students’ needs for learning resources cannot guarantee students' learning efficiency or the effect of personal knowledge system perfection. To solve this problem, this paper took online English learning as an example to study the retrieval and recommendation of English learning resources based on knowledge correlation. At first, the paper gave the relationship between the knowledge points of English learning resources, and gave judgements on students’ mastery degree of knowledge points. Then, the influence of the semantics and relationships of knowledge points involved in English learning was fully considered, and the closeness degree of the correlation of learning resources was calculated. At last, this paper introduced a hybrid attention mechanism into the learning resource recommendation model, and gave the process for calculating the weight of hybrid attention. The effectiveness of the constructed model was verified by the experimental results.

The application of the understanding of ecoliteracy in schools is a problem that is widely studied to make students able to live and feel the pleasure of the surrounding environment. This study aims to improve students’ understanding of ecoliteracy. This research was conducted using a medote survey of 50 elementary school students in Tasikmalaya District Indonesia. The results of the study illustrate that project-based learning in elementary schools that collaborate with the local wisdom of the Kampung Naga make learning more active, enthusiastic, and happy. The learning situation certainly has an effect on their understanding of ecoliteracy, so it can be concluded that project-based learning that collaborates with the local wisdom of the Kampung Naga has improved the participation of student ecoliteracy.
