Background: In 2017, scabies was classified by WHO into the neglected tropical disease list , with an estimated 455 million annual incident cases. This disease has a high prevalence in many tropical environments with low income sources, especially in the Pacific Island countries. Scabies transmission occurs as a result of skin-to-skin contact and spreads easily in crowded living conditions. Objective: This case report aims to describe the risk factor, clinical features, and management of scabies patient with secondary infection. Case: A 17-year-old female presented with nocturnal itching on her hands and feet. She rarely washed sheets or dried mattresses. Physical examination revealed multiple erythematous papules, pustules, crusts, and skin erosions in the antebrachii and manus regions. Papules and pustules were also observed in the dorsum pedis regions. The patient was diagnosed with scabies and a secondary bacterial infection. Treatment included topical antiparasitic (Ointment 2-4) and sedating antihistamines (CTM) to alleviate itching, along with systemic antibiotics (Amoxicillin) to address the bacterial infection.Conclusion: The internal and external risk factors that underlie the development of scabies in this case are the patient's residence in densely populated environment, low level of personal hygiene, knowledge level patients who are less about scabies, and low socioeconomic level. The success of scabies management depends on effective therapy and health education about PHBS (Perilaku hidup Bersih dan Sehat).

Latar Belakang: RJP merupakan pertolongan pertama yang sangat penting dalam penanganan henti jantung mendadak dan tenaga kesehatan profesional harus memiliki pengetahuan dasar mengenai aspek BHD dan melakukan RJP. lingkungan emergency menimbulkan dampak stress sehingga dituntut memiliki self efficacy yang tinggi, Seluruh tenaga profesional di rumah sakit memiliki resiko stres, namun perawat memiliki tingkat stres yang lebih tinggi. Tujuan: untuk mengetahui hubungan efikasi diri dan stres kerja perawat terhadap pengetahuan penatalaksanaan RJP di IGD. Metode: correlational dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian yaitu seluruh perawat yang bekerja di IGD. Sampel yang digunakan total sampling sebanyak 30 orang menggunakan instrument kuisioner ENSS dan kuesioner efikasi diri. Hasil: efikasi diri perawat terhadap pengetahuan penetalaksaaan RJP menggunakan uji Spearman rho didapat hasil ρ value = 0,000 < α= 0,05 dengan nilai r = 0,582 yang berarti tingkat hubungan bersifat sedang dan stres kerja perawat terhadap pengetahuan penetalaksaaan RJP didapat hasil ρ value = 0,000 < α= 0,05 dengan nilai r = 0,713 berarti tingkat hubungan bersifat kuat. Kesimpulan: Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini ada hubungan efikasi diri dan stres kerja perawat terhadap pengetahuan penatalaksanaan RJP di IGD RSUD Brigjend H.Hasan Basry Kandangan

İnsan uyuzu olarak bilinen scabies dünyanın en yaygın hastalıklarından biridir. Yoğun kaşıntı ve genellikle yaygın papüler veya ekzematöz lezyonlarla karakterize olan scabiesin daha çok insandan insana cilt teması ile bulaştığı bilinmektedir. Uyuz tanısı genellikle klinik muayene ve hasta öyküsüne dayalı olarak konulmaktadır. Gebelikte uyuz prevalansı sistematik olarak araştırılmamış olmasına rağmen, gözlem çalışmalarının sonuçları, gebelikte gelişen tüm cilt hastalıklarının %2-6’sını oluşturduğunu göstermektedir. Gebelikte uyuz tedavisi seçenekleri sınırlı olup belirli bir standart bulunmamaktadır. Uyuzdan etkilenen hastanın tedavi yönetimi, akarların farmakolojik bir yöntemle yok edilmesini, uyuzun diğer bireylere yayılmasını önleme stratejilerini ve uyuzla ilişkili komplikasyonların, yani ilişkili kaşıntının gözetimini ve tedavisini içermektedir. Permethrin %5 krem (kanıt düzeyi III, Kategori B), gebelikte tercih edilen bir tedavi yöntemidir. Plasentayı geçebilmesine rağmen, permetrin sadece küçük miktarlarda emildiği ve hızla metabolize olduğu için fetal maruziyet riski minimumdur. Oral ivermektin ile ilişkili risk düşük olsa da gebelikte kullanımla ilgili veriler sınırlıdır. Malathion kullanımı gebe kadınlarda çalışılmamış olup hayvan çalışmaları sonucunda teratojenik etki saptanmamıştır. Topikal kükürt ve %25 benzil benzoat losyon ikinci basamak tedavilerdir. Travmatize cilt üzerine uygulandığında maternal nörotoksisite ve aplastik anemi riski nedeniyle Lindane gebelikte kullanılmamalıdır. Laktasyon dönemi ise anne ve bebeğin yakın temasta olduğu bağlanma sürecinin de parçasını oluşturan bir dönemdir. Uyuzla enfekte olan emziren kadınların, anne sütüyle beslenmeyi sürdürmeye ve bebeğe uyuz bulaşma riskini sınırlamaya izin veren etkili bir tedavi almadıkları sürece, sütlerini sağmaları gerekmektedir. Emzirme döneminde uyuz tedavisinde kullanılan ilaçların güvenliğine ilişkin veriler sınırlıdır. Potansiyel yan etkileri nedeniyle emzirme döneminde Lindane’dan kaçınılmalıdır. Uyuzun tedavisinde toksisitenin çok düşük olduğu düşünülen Permethrin, emziren annelerde de güvenle kullanılmıştır. Bu bağlamda uyuzun gebelik ve laktasyon dönemindeki tedavi ve bakımını kapsayan ebelik yaklaşımlarını inceleyen araştırmalara ihtiyaç vardır.
