Latar Belakang: Badan Kesehatan Dunia, WHO, mendefinisikan obesitas sebagai kondisi akumulasi lemak yang berlebihan.Menurut laporan Riskesdas tahun 2013, provinsi DKI Jakarta merupakan provinsi dengan prevalensi gemuk pada remaja tertinggi (4,2%). Salah satu faktor resiko penyebab obesitas pada remaja adalah asupan gula di dalam minuman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara asupan gula pada minuman oleh remaja berusia 15-19 tahun dengan obesitas di Jakarta Barat. Metode: Penelitian merupakan penelitian analitik dengan desain potong-lintang dan dianalisis menggunakan uji kai-kudrat Hasil: Dari 224 siswa didapatkan 38,4% mengalami obesitas, dan sebanyak 25% siswa asupan gula dalam minumannya lebih dari rekomendasi yang dianjurkan. Didapatkan hubungan antara asupan gula dalam minuman dengan kejadian obesitas pada remaja yang bermakna secara statistik (p<0,05). Kesimpulan : asupan gula dalam minuman merupakan salah satu faktor resiko terhadap kejadian obesitas di kalangan remaja usia 15-19 tahun

Students at SMA Kalam Kudus II Jakarta have never received instruction on the selection and application of beauty products. This counseling session is anticipated to raise the SMA Kalam Kudus II Jakarta students' awareness of the importance of utilizing adolescent-appropriate and safe skin care products and how to select them. This counseling procedure is conducted offline for counseling participants at Kalam Kudus II Jakarta High School. The given counseling material addresses a variety of adolescent skin conditions, as well as the many types of skincare ingredients and how to choose the appropriate one based on the adolescent's skin. Compared to the Pre-test, which was administered prior to the presenter's explanation of the topic, there was an increase in knowledge on the Post-test. Therefore, it can be inferred that participants gained knowledge from this activity's material and conversations, particularly in regards to the skincare material offered.
Clean and Healthy Living Behavior is an endeavor to live a healthy lifestyle at both the individual and communal levels. In the current pandemic era, it is crucial to focus on Clean and Healthy Living Behavior in order to avoid various viruses and diseases. The necessity of Clean and Healthy Behavior must continue to be emphasized to all segments of society. Youth is a group that need attention. According to a situational analysis conducted at SMA Kalam Kudus II in Jakarta, there is a problem with poor levels of cleanliness and health consciousness. To raise high school students' understanding of clean and healthy lives, it is required to conduct activities such as lectures, discussions, and outreach. This service activity takes place in Kalam Kudus II Jakarta High School. This service action was accomplished by performing a survey of service sites, preparing service locations, and delivering Clean and Healthy Behavior support resources. Youth members have participated in Clean and Healthy Living Behavior socialization activities using lecture, discussion, and question and answer formats. This service activity worked smoothly overall. The conclusion that can be derived from this is that service activity participants recognize the significance of clean and healthy lifestyle choices in preventing various diseases.
Scabies is a skin infestation caused by Sarcoptes scabiei (var. hominis). The prevalence of scabies in Indonesia is 4.60% - 12.95% and ranks the third most common disease. The Cikupa Public Health Center experienced an increase in the number of new scabies cases as many as 34 new cases in January - June 2022 compared to June - December 2021 as many as 21 new cases. Female patient aged 5 years and 10 months suffered from scabies with secondary infection and had transmitted it to other family members. Problem analysis was carried out by mapping the Mandala of Health with the principles of family medicine and comprehensive management. Ms. K and her family members recovered from scabies and no new lesions appeared. The patient and her families have been given education about scabies and there are no new infections in them so further transmission of scabies can be prevented. The family medicine approach and Mandala of Health have helped Ms. K and her family in the treatment and eradication of scabies.
