The incidences of malignancies affecting intrascrotal structures are relatively high: 25% of the epididymal neoplasms, excluding cord lipomas, 56% of the cord tumors, and 59% of the scrotal tunic neoplasms [8], Mixed mesenchymal tumors in the sper matic cord have, however, rarely been reported [2,3], Because preoperative examinations usually failed to es tablish a reliable diagnosis, most cases underwent surgi cal exploration and radical excision as in the present case.
