Male pseudohermaphrodite with persistent Mullerian duct: A radiologist’s and patient’s dilemma alike

Abstract: A 22-year-old man presented from the Surgery Outpatient Department with the complaint of absence of definitive testes in bilateral scrotal sacs since birth and orgasmic anejaculation which made him concerned about his fertility in future. He attained other signs of puberty at adequate age and was a phenotypic male. Karyotype was 46XY.
