Abstract: We did researches of gas exchange in case of different clinical variants of diabetic ketoacidosis. Distribution of patients were based on clinical variants clinical and laboratory characteristics of the course. Gas exchaange violations are present in all cases of diabetic ketoacidosis and have certain characteristics.
