LP‐B: Late‐News Poster: A 60‐in. HDTV Rear‐Projector with Continuous‐Grain‐Silicon Technology

Abstract: HDTV rear 60" projector were fabricated using monolithic TFT-LCD'S with newly developed Continuous Grain Silicon (CGS) film. High speed circuit operation due to excellent TFT characteristics was realized. As a result we obtained LCD images without periodic unevenness using data driver without video signal expansion.
